This cutler’s shop which opened in 1811 is a genuine treasure in the heart of Borgo San Leonardo.

The Berera brothers used to forge knives in their workshop, now Luisa Berera continues family tradition selling knives, scissors, slicers and shears and offering a sharpening service.

Customers can also find straight razors and safety razors as well as beard kits and special shaving products.

Fratelli Berera is not just a specialist shop but also a little museum, have a peek in the back to discover a treasure trove of old Berkel slicers, vintage radios, golf clubs and other precious objects that Luisa’s husband Beppe collects and displays with pride.
