Chotto, a Japanese word meaning “moment”, is a small (just 16 covers) but cosy spot overlooking the beautiful Via Borgo Santa Caterina.

Owners Anna and Dario cook everything to order in the open kitchen and this is how it works: order from the kitchen, wait a few minutes and then collect your meal.

It is a simple philosophy that the two young chefs like to call convivial gastronomy: a small refuge for hungry people looking for a quick but quality meal.

The menu changes constantly as all dishes are made with seasonal ingredients, which are fresh and local where possible. The same applies to the drinks: there is always a local wine on rotation, as well as a selection of beers from the Hop Skin craft brewery in Curno.
