In August 2014 the love for the infinity varieties of beer pushes Luca to open “De gusto - birra e cucina”.

Even though Luca is a professional chef, in order to devote himself exclusively to “beer” gives away the position in the kitchen to William and Jonathan, 2 guys from Bergamo with a lot of experience in the best restaurants in Europe.

Luca makes sure to pass to the customer his passion through the description of the product and to cover as much as possible via the selection of the global brewing through 8 drafts, a british pump and varies beers in bottle.

You can enjoy a sophisticated menu sitting down in an informal and welcoming atmosphere which will bring you back to your school class with chairs, tables and blackboard with the menu on it and last but not least where taste and presentation of dishes come together creating a quality like one of the most renowned restaurants.

Ideal for aperitif and dinner. Thanks to a particular pub's menu the place is very flexible and can make you travel with your taste from Spain with a fantastic potato tortilla to France with an amazing croque monsieur sandwich.

Only someone that HAS NEVER BEEN to De gusto can say that to appreciate a good dish you will need a good wine.
