Elav Kitchen and Beer is not your average brewery but a modern, highly curated restaurant, set in a charming narrow street in the upper town.

A long resin counter dominates the space and connects guests with the owners for an informal social experience. Elav beers, produced by the independent brewery of the same name, are transported via a steel structure, a nod to the industrial soul and tubing typical of breweries.

Guests can enjoy over seven different types of beer, some of which vary depending on the season and the menu, which includes traditional dishes from Bergamo (such as casoncelli, cold cuts, local cheeses and polenta) as well as meat and vegetarian burgers and pizza.

And just to top things off, Elav Kitchen only plays carefully selected music on vinyl only, making the atmosphere even more special!
